COOPERATING WITH EVOLUTION

Your "doing" can support your evolutionary process — or it can block it.

Sometimes all we need is to remove the obstacles and learn to flow with life.

Working with me individually is like:

Each session is a safe and welcoming space where we explore together what is present in your life.

It is not only about talking about problems; it is about entering a dynamic process of self-discovery and transformation. Every session is unique and adapted to you and your own process.

We begin with your present moment

We start from whatever brings you to the session: a problem, an emotion, a recurring conflict or simply the desire to understand yourself better.

We explore what is visible and what is hidden

Through dialogue, body awareness and imagination, we identify patterns, signals and unconscious aspects that may be influencing your life.

We use creative tools

Depending on what emerges during the session, we may work with movement, symbolic expression, voice or the body to release tensions and create space for new understanding.

We facilitate transformation

Rather than forcing solutions, we support the natural process of change that is already emerging within you, helping you integrate new perspectives and possibilities.

We finish with clarity and next steps

Before closing, we review the insights gained during the session and how you can apply them to your everyday life.

Every relationship is a unique experience, without limits. There is no perfect relationship and there is no single model that works for everyone. Relationships are creative processes, constantly changing and evolving.

What to expect in session:
  • Greater mutual understanding:Helping each person see the other’s inner world with greater clarity and compassion.

  • Conflict resolution from the root: Not just reaching superficial agreements, but transforming the underlying dynamics of the relationship.

  • More authenticity and connection: Creating a space where each person can express themselves freely without fear of judgement.

  • Rekindling passion and intimacy: By releasing tensions and reconnecting with the deeper essence of the relationship, new ways of connecting can emerge.

  • Personal growth within the relationship: Each partner grows individually while strengthening the relationship itself.

Couples Work

Forget sessions where one person talks while the other listens with a “poker face”.

Here we work with what is truly happening:

  • What you say (and what you do not dare to say).

  • What your body is expressing without you even noticing.

  • Those recurring patterns of conflict that repeat like a broken record.

  • And yes, even the dreams and subtle signals that the relationship brings.

During the sessions, we use different tools to help both of you discover the roles you are playing within the relationship dynamic and what you can do to transform it.

This is not about finding someone to blame or deciding who is right (spoiler: usually, both of you are contributing). It is about understanding how each person participates in the dance of the relationship.

GROUP FACILITATION THROUGH DEEP DEMOCRACY

Deep Democracy is an innovative approach to group facilitation that focuses on addressing invisible dynamics and resolving conflicts in a profound and sustainable way.

It allows groups not only to resolve conflicts, but also to grow through them, developing a more resilient, collaborative and conscious culture.

Through this approach, groups learn to:

  • Integrate different perspectives and experiences.

  • Recognise the value of every voice within the system.

  • Transform tensions into opportunities for learning and evolution.

  • Create spaces where meaningful and necessary conversations can happen.

We do not live in isolation; we live in relationship and are part of systems that are constantly evolving. Sometimes our environment evolves because we change. Other times, we evolve because our environment changes.

A systemic perspective helps us understand that we are part of something larger. It connects us with our responsibility in creating shared spaces and with the awareness that we cannot truly evolve if our environment does not evolve with us.

That is why working with group relationships is so important. Because we change in relation to what surrounds us and to the people around us.

What is it based on?

  • Working with the group as a whole, not only with individuals.

  • Identifying invisible dynamics within interactions.

  • Exploring stuck roles and tensions.

  • Creating a safe space to express what is difficult to say.
